High Alumina Spheres
High alumina balls are highly hard, abrasion-resistant grinding bodies, readily available in diameters of 30, 40, 50 and 60 mm. Designed for use as load in various types of mills, these spheres are ideal for grinding, dispersing and distributing fine solids. Composed predominantly of calcined alumina, they offer high hardness and resistance to wear, resulting in greater durability and operational efficiency.
In addition to high alumina balls, we also have balls with lower alumina content, suitable for applications where extreme resistance is not the main requirement. These balls offer efficient performance and attractive value for money while maintaining effective grinding and good chemical stability.
Both types of beads guarantee low contamination and excellent chemical stability, ensuring that the final product maintains its purity and quality.
